A quick google search should tell you who is in your area. You can also call the humane society near you, because they usually have a list of rehabbers that they call!
Is keeping a wildlife baby illegal??
In most states, yes! If you're not permitted and are found with wildlife, you will be fined, and the animal will be destroyed in most cases.
Can I feed a baby cows milk?
Absolutely not!! Wildlife babies have complex diets, and cannot digest cows milk. If fed, the results are usually fatal!
